Q. Does the company have the ability to adjudicate and pay claims?
A. DRIASI currently has claims paying authority for a number of insurance carriers. DRIASI can perform these functions following carrier authorization levels and guidelines.
Q. Is the claims area compliant with the Executive Order on Terrorism?
A. DRIASI is using software approved by the Office of Foreign Asset Control to accommodate compliance.
Q. Is DRIASI HIPAA compliant?
A. Yes DRIASI is fully HIPAA compliant for privacy, security and for incoming and outgoing data transfers.
