Data Processing and Reporting

driasi has developed sophisticated systems for fast, accurate processing of new enrollments resulting from a comprehensive array of marketing channels including:

We can accept a wide variety of inbound file formats and are fluent with the append protocol. We are able to process both paper applications and electronic enrollment files. Paper applications are accepted through a client-dedicated post office box, and high speed extraction machines are used to expedite large incoming mail volumes.

Fulfillment

driasi can support paper or electonic fulfillment packages, including policies/certificates via e-mail or through our existing customer service website INSADM.com. Hard copy insurance coverage documents are issued through a comprehensive 'print-on-demand' system. Optical mark recognition technology is used to identify all state/provincial requirements or any unique printed inserts which might be required. Welcome kits, privacy notices, and HIPAA notifications are customized based on our partner's needs. We can also develop and produce special one-time mailings for our partners.

Underwriting and Claims

driasi is a premier claims administrator with a capacity to adjudicate and certify tens of thousands of claims each month - with scalability to accomodate even larger volumes. Our technology enables us to process claims for virtually any insurance product for our partners.

We provide underwriting services which shorten the time required to approve and issue life insurance policies. driasi offers the option to perform underwriting functions in partnership with our clients in-house underwriting department, or in partnership with a provider of underwriting services. In addition to life products, driasi also underwrites and processes claims for the following products:

IN HOUSE UNDERWRITING:

We apply customizable underwriting rules, dictated by our partners, to each application. Our advanced technology, which includes imaging systems, features approval or declination, as well as facilitating the automated processing of incomplete applications. driasi uses personalized notifications to request any missing information, and produces a follow up letter to ensure maximum customer response.

PRODUCT UNDERWRITTEN BY THE CARRIER:

driasi employs secure electronic transmission technology to speed approval and declination of fully underwritten products. We achieve timely fulfillment and policy / certificate issuance by working closely with carriers to accelerate underwriting, efficiently and in accordance with each carrier's guidelines.

MIB PROCESSING:

driasi's underwriting system transmits applicant information to respective carriers in MIB format, allowing a virtual pass-through to MIB. Every application is underwritten in accordance with specific guidelines provided by each carrier, and is processed within established response time standards.

Billing and Payment Processing

driasi structures premium billing services to match our partners' individual parameters. We offer 'every calendar day' billing, and all payment types can be billed daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Our structure and technology supports timely and accurate processing of large volumes of customer payments. This effort is supported by high-speed print capacity and insertion machines.

driasi uses enhanced automated premium payment processing systems for all payment methods. We facilitate timely updates of insured records and accurate, prompt premium reporting to our partners.
