Contact Center Representatives are responsible for providing world class customer service to customers regarding inquiries on new programs as well as existing accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic phone and computer skills, ability to speak in a professional manner and previous customer service are all required qualifications. Previous call-center inbound sales experience is a plus. DRIASI is known for being a professional, friendly, stable, and enjoyable workplace.
