A Message to Our Client Partners from driasi's CEO Regarding COVID-19

To our Client Partners and Colleagues:

As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve quickly, I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an update on how driasi is managing during this unprecedented event. 

In accordance with the CDC and local health authorities, we continue to adapt our approach, to ensure that while driasi’s business services continue to be fully operational, we are taking all necessary and appropriate steps to keep our employees, their families and our communities safe. 

The majority of staff in both office locations are now working remotely, and we are prepared should further measures become necessary.  I am pleased to communicate that at this time, there have been no cases of COVID-19 among our employee groups, and that the driasi team has adapted exceptionally well to evolving pandemic protocols.  Our executives and management teams are meeting frequently to keep everyone informed and well connected.  driasi is prepared with resources in all functional areas of the business, should anyone become unwell. Despite some seasonal and circumstantial employee absenteeism, the team remains committed to maintaining service levels and additional, back-up resources are in training to address these requirements.

Over the past ten years, driasi has become an industry leader in the management of event-driven, call center services.  Our experience in this area has helped to prepare us, enabling the team to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.  In the next few days, the driasi account team will be reaching out to you with some proactive recommendations on how we can support our communities and our shared customers during these trying times. Although we may not be able to control the current circumstances, we can proactively manage the customer experience and continue to build long-term loyalty.

Like you, we are hoping that these difficult times are short-lived and that we will resume more normal operations within a matter of weeks.  Regardless of the duration, throughout this event, we are committed to providing timely updates as quickly as practicable, and you can rest assured that should there be any change in the status of operations, we will communicate accordingly.
